Why do we need your personal data?
The purpose of the processing is to enable you to book a suitable apartment for your planned trip. To do this, we need some of your personal data. This will enable you to request a quote from the apartments. Once you have selected the offer that suits you best, the apartment owner can use this information to identify your booking needs and contact you to confirm your reservation. Without entering your personal details, you will not be able to request a quote, you can only browse the apartments for rent.
What personal data do they ask for?
We only ask you for the bare minimum. These are your name, email address, billing address and telephone number. The number and age of children you wish to accommodate in the apartment. In addition, the messages exchanged during the offer, which will be done through correspondence. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the booking contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation and legitimate interest (prevention of fraud, abuse, investigation of possible offences)
How long is this personal data stored?
If no booking is made, we will keep this data for 60 days after the last message with the owner of the apartment in time if you send a booking, we will keep it for 5 years from the date of booking. After that, they will be automatically deleted.
Will my personal data be shared with third parties?
If no booking is made, your name, the number of children you wish to accommodate and their age will be shared with the apartment owners with whom you have exchanged emails. Your email address and telephone number will only be given to the apartment owner you finally choose and send a reservation to.

In order to provide you with a secure, fast and accurate page, we need to collect data automatically.
What data is collected?

How long is this data stored?
Data collected automatically is kept for a maximum of 720 days, after which it is automatically deleted

Yes, we use the tools of third-party service providers to collect data automatically. These are large and well-known, vetted service providers, such as Google or Facebook.
As these service providers are based abroad, it is assumed that data will be transferred to the countries where the third party service providers are based.

Protecting children
Our services are intended for users over the age of 18. If we receive personal data of a user under 18 without valid consent of a parent or guardian, we have the right to delete it.
